Overall 
The San Pedro Bay Restaurant is in part of the Leyte Park Hotel and Resort complex. The restaurant is at the end of a dock, so you sit right next to the water.
If you're just going here to eat, there's plenty of parking. So, no worries there like in downtown Tacloban where parking is a real issue.
The food here is good and varied. They, of course, have quite a lot of Filipino fare. And, I'm told that it's good by my various family members who ate there with me.
The other food seems to vary a bit. The hamburger was disappointing (I really felt like some food from home that day). But, the chili was pretty good. Not as spicy as I would've liked, but it certainly hit the spot. And, it made great topping on the fries.
The prices are slightly on the high side. But, this is a restaurant that's associated with a hotel. So, zero surprise here. Plus, the environment is great. Being right next to the water is very cool.
If you're in town to visit, you really have to drop by here. Definitely recommended.
Liked: great environment, plenty of parking space, liked their chilli, right next to water
Disliked: their hamburger was disappointing
Would I recommend this restaurant to my best friend? absulutely! definitely recommended.
