The Resort is a major tourism & convention complex with its 6 hectare parkland nestled on a hill overlooking beautiful San Pedro Bay. It exudes the distinctive luxury of a hotel & the ambiance of a resort.
Inaugurated way back under the Marcos dictatorship, Leyte Park Resort Hotel in Tacloban City is now a mere shadow of its extravagant past. But some good parts remain.
If you want decent accomodation in Tacloban City, this hotel is the place to go. But don't get your hopes too way up about the quality of the rooms and the look of the hotel.

Leyte Park is conveniently located in the heart of Tacloban City, the Regional Capital of Eastern Visayas. It sits atop a hill overlooking the beautiful San Juanico Strait and San Pedro Bay. Tacloban City is just 55 minutes from Manila and 20 minutes from Cebu. 20 minutes drive by car from Airport.

VERANDA CAFE
This is the Resort's main restaurant. The ambiance evoke philippine rusticity with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea. International cuisine is on the menu with preferential bias to Leyte-Samar gourmet favorites.
SAN PEDRO BAY SEAFOODS RESTAURANT
This specialty restaurant serves available seafood as caught from the San Pedro Bay fronting the Resort property. Cultural presentations of Philippine and Leyte Samar songs and dances are available by arrangement for parties.
LANA LYNN CATAMARAN
Take a leisurely "Lana Lynn" Catamaran dinner cruise over the San Pedro Bay (American and Canadian Food).
